I initially got this riton 3 Tactix MPRD for the hellcat. Well as you saw I did not want to replace the sights so decided not to use it. But this was unfair to the Riton. So I took the Springfield Armory XD Mod 2 down to my local custom gun store and had some work done. I had the slide cut and put suppressor hight sights on it. Now I actually get to test the red dot.

But after using it and carrying it I found a fatal flaw. The red dot turns off automatically after a preset amount of time. To get it back on you have to use the brightness adjustment. Really inconvenient while in a life or death situation.
