The first we started with was opening up all the packaging and seeing what all comes with the new Hardline Pro scopes in 2021. Included in the box was a beautifully etched sunshade, a 2032 battery, a reticle guide, and a scope instruction manual. Also included is a massive cleaning cloth that I’ll be using as my main scope cleaning tool from now on!

Each Hardline Pro scope has an amazing grip design that they use on all of their controls. Not only do they look aggressive, they also serve a functional purpose too. I found all of the knobs and controls to be significantly easier to manipulate.

I was really impressed by the detailed instructions that not only contained a detailed reticle explanation but also provided pro level tips for scope mounting. The included lifetime warranty is just an amazing cherry on the top too!

We start by mounting the Hardline Pro 4-16 in our Warne X-skel 30mm QD scope mount in an attempt to do the most cheater scope install ever. We used the Arisaka wedges to level the optic. With the included Warne x-skel QD levers, we then just popped it right on to the rifle and only needed to zero.

Using our Wheeler ultra scope mounting kit, we had all the levers and lasers to do this quickly and easily too.

We started out by testing the optics by looking at the degrees of scope rotation, optic illumination and controls, reticle, parallax/eye relief, and glass clarity.

The image in the scope was so wildly clear that my equipment wasn’t even able to capture all of the details that I could see with my eyes. I was really blown away.

Next we took out to the range to see if all our tricks even worked and I bet you can imagine my surprise when the first shot was dead on. I even shot another one just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke.

The optic performed perfectly and I didn’t miss a single shot all day. The amazing glass clarity and the forgiving eye relief makes this a great optic choice. But then when you realize the weight of optic with the mount is only 32oz, it becomes an absolutely mind-blowing optic choice.

Hats off to Crimson Trace for knocking it out of the park with their 2021 Hardline Pro lineup.
